I know those two players wanted to go but I think we missed them both.

Senderos for his height and header clearance on set pieces. And Flam for his industry, contagious determination, endless running and clever tactical sense. I could see a natural captain in him … he could have become a legend at the club.

Is he regular in the Milan line-up?

Laursen was one of Villa's best players last season, whilst Ablonglahor, Young and Barry stole the headlines.

The only thing with Laursen is you always feel he has a mistake in him. Maybe he's used to the Premiership now though.

I agree with some
of what you say but you cannot say Flamini can't handle the Prem. He was outstanding last season.
