  2. Ash says:

The next 3 games will tell alot about our season. I would take a WDW but three wins would be fabulous. Its a tricky game after an international break

  3. GoonerChris says:

No mate, he came on for Samir Nasri 15 minutes from time.

You might be thinking of the Juventus match where he played 60 minutes.

  4. Gunner Jillu says:

I wouldnt say the next three games will tell a lot about our season as it is against Blackburn, Bolton and Hull. Games that we should win anyway. Then we have games against Sunderland, West Ham and Everton not sure in what order. We have to play Spurs on October 29th then we play United, Man City and Chelsea in November, thats when the big test is. End of October and November will be interesting

It's interesting that we all believe that Arsenal struggle after an international break but Stewart Robson, on Arsenal TV, said that the statistics don't bear that out. He claims that we have a better record than most in post-international matches.

Nasri is the kind of player that always get shirt injuroes because of his palying style. Just a usefull fact about our new boy :P

hi goonerchris can u list the whole squad please. My team would be :
    Almunia
    sagna djorou toure clichy
nasri fabregas denilson walcott but wenger is gonna chose eboue
    adebayor bendtner

Against balckburn we need height because when they have set pieces they look dangerous so we need to play players with height than technicall ability. Its gonna be a scrappy game just hope we in the battle and the fight

  9. JohnV says:

As lots of the players have been on International duty i would love to see Wenger start Wilshere on the wings with either Nasri or Walcott on the other wing. Doubt that will happen but that would be great if it did as Wilshere is a great player.

  10. Samuel says:

Can Wilshere break Fabregas' records for youngest league appearance? And if so, how much longer does he have to break such a record? Just wondering.

  11. Samuel says:

I think post-away european matches is the really kicker aj.

  12. JohnV says:

He can easily break Fabregas' record as the youngest league appearance as Cesc didnt play in the league till he was 17. He played and scored in the carling cup when he was 16 but im sure he was 17 when he played his first prem game.

  13. Stu says:

In the pre-season games Wilshere looked pretty tough and never afraid of a tackle or getting stuck in(just ask salgado), so in that respect it would be interesting to see how he would do against b'burn. They are a different team under Ince, he wants to play proper football and a counter-attacking style could serve us well today.

I would defo suggest dropping Gallas…..off a cliff, he was at faulf for at least 2 of Austrias goals. The Perse is gonna keep up his record scoring against rovers. Im not a betting man but im putting some money on RVP, Fowler, Cesc and one of our defenders. Maybe Clichy or Sagna or Toure or Gallas.

Anyway, im following suit and going to say 3-1 arsenal
