Eboue may not be our favourite player, but i honestly feel he’s trying his best for the team [and at times played some great football for Arsenal too!]. Credit to him where its due.

The Wigan match was unfortunate, as explained by many above. But those boo-ing Arsenal “FANS” should be ashamed of themselves…

The boos on saturday was just a build up of fans dislike for Eboue, his theatrical dives and poor final balls and lack of creativity in a position that requires it and no goals! Yes it was harsh. Had he not just come back from injury it would have been justified but the guy has had little play time over the last few weeks.

I guess we have d*ckhead supporting us. We dont need them, what exactly are they trying to achieve by booing the players? we have many young players in the team & this will not help concentrate on the pitch. Will these mor*ns boo Rosicky when he comes back & has a bad game?

so ashamed to be a gooner after the booing. woke up today feeling like we had lost. shame on all fans who did it. Eboue is an important player and tired because of lack of match fitness.

DISGRACEFUL to the Arsenal are those so called ‘fans’.

I agree with wholeheartadly with “not booing your own players” it’s not helping in anyway at all. I think the reaction from the crowd is a combination of things…

Frustration of the last couple of years not winning anything (this runs very deep and for people who are unexpactant as I am because even though I have great respect for Wenger this team isn’t capable of winning something this season)

The problems in the squad played a big part in this, it’s still in the minds of most fans. (the media made sure of that) Eboué had a big part in this (supposedly)

I’ve seen Coaches (like Louis van Gaal, Aad de Mos) here in Holland withdraw they’re players after three wrong passes. I think Eboué had enough time to get his focus right, but he didn’t. That attitude, not being professional, just playing the game like it’s a street match, that’s the attitude a lot of Arsenal fans are fed up with it.

I am not justifing the booing but I am saying I understand where it’s coming from and especially in Eboué’s case why it has happened at that time.

I hope a lot of fans realise that it’s not helpfull at all. We need to stick to our team… and sorry for saying this but we shouldn’t be expactant, but still in the end we love to be an Arsenal fan because (most of the time) we get to see beautiful football…
