Cana is a Sunderland player!
Steve Bruce has surpassed most Sunderland’s fans expectations today by wrapping up the signing of Lorik Cana from Marseille for £5million.
The reported Arsenal target had attracted interest from several European powerhouses, but instead, the Black Cats have landed their man in a major coup for Bruce’s side.
“I’m delighted to have brought Lorik to the club, especially given the number of clubs who had expressed an interest in signing him,” Bruce told Sunderland’s official website.
“He brings with him a tremendous amount of experience both at club level and internationally and is a great addition to our squad.
“To captain a side of Marseille’s stature says a lot about the player and his character, and I’m sure he’ll go on to be a fantastic signing for Sunderland.”

I can see that Wenger will sign a player at the last minute of this transfer window.The season will begin on 15th of August.He will analyze on our performance for the first two league games before make another signing….

Cana was not what we are looking for. You will all see that once he plies his trade in the league, He is in the robbie savage, joey barton mould….A kicker who doesnt have much technical ability…
Itsd all very well us saying we need an enforcer in the iddle of the park but we all know that man needs to be able to pass the ball and have a football brain…not just run around kicking people…
if he was that good he would not have been sold for 5 million to sunderland so calm yourselves down…
because those so called “arsenal fans” only want the club spend money, if we pay 20M to buy cana, they will think he is world player of year, and lead our team to win all thropy.
That’s right. They think that players with big price tag will always come out good. I think they are still hate Wenger because he missed out on Melo who has a ridiculous 25M price tag.
If Cana is so good, he would not ended up at Sunderland. There will be many clubs offering him a better deal if he is good, but they didn’t. That’s mean Wenger is not the only one who think Cana is not good enough.
About Huntelaar, I have read comments said that he’s sucks because Madrid try to offload him. Lol that is because Real have so many world-class strikers in their team (Raul, Higuain, Benzema, Van Nistelrooy etc) not because he is not good enough. Remember that he is still a great asset if he comes to other clubs. I don’t see why should we not go for him if Wenger thinks the same thing.

Just google “Huntelaar news” and you will get loads of them. Choose news that comes from a reliable site. Apparently The spurs admit they can’t afford his wage, that’s a good new for us but we still have to compete with Milan and maybe some unknown clubs. Hope that Wenger seriously think about this instead of Chamakh.
just heard Roma is willing for selling Aquilani. Perhaps Wenger is still interested. Reminds of a younger Pirlo with more pace!!

Arsenal watches players so many times before buying. So i guess arsenal have a plan. this year is the year we will win alot of things because there is not super player. Each player needs the others. When henry was gone, we depended on the team. Now its the same.

Goonerdan this player is a player with very good defence stats….second have a very good technical ability….i am leaving in french and belive me this player will love from the sunderlands fans……i have seen him playing all his match with OM…. when he play the first macth with sunderland please send me an e-mail:slaughter1993@gmail.com and say me your opinion for the player………
