Fabianski & Wilshere set to make comebacks in Reserve game
Goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski and midfielder Jack Wilshere return are making their respective comebacks from injury in tonight’s Reserve League South clash against Aston Villa.
Polish international Fabianski picked up a thigh injury during his comeback match in the Carling Cup three weeks ago. If Arsenal’s no.2 comes through tonight’s match unscathed, he’s expected to be on the bench for Sunday’s match versus Chelsea.
As for talented midfield maestro Wilshere, he makes his return from an ankle knock which has troubled him for almost a fortnight. The 17-year-old will probably make his first team return at Manchester City in the Carling Cup quarter finals.
Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, who has been at Blackpool on a month’s loan move, also starts this evening.

well obviously im gonna say Arsenal, the only team with a better SQUAD then Arsenal is BARCA if anyone.

euro winners
champ league winners
etc… all with in there squad.
but arsenal have soo much PACE on the ball, and when playin good they’re unplayable.

that other goonerman wasnt me but i think we got off on the wrong foot iamgooner lol ! i love my team and like you say i think we actually have a quality squad at the moment! thats the one thing they clearly have over us is that they can field a team of monsters which makes them so hard to play against. technically overall we have a lot more better players!
obviously at the back sanga, gallas if fit, verminator and id say silvestre becuase hes experience and on the right he is gonna come up and against ivanovic and someone like ballack so he can handle the pace. then the midfield 3 has to be song denilson and fabregas becuase they are just the best 3 for the middle then attacking id say arshavin nasri and eduardo! theo can be our supersub for a couple weeks! what do you think ??
yes mate think i agree with you on that line up, but i THINK i’d prefer to see triore at left back rather then silvestre maybe thats just me being too proud to admit hes good enough haha

I only know Arsenal is going to demolish Chelsea.
Id much rather see traore bombing up and down attacking and defending but that does stretch the back for a little bit and if we are to get a result from the game we neeed our backline to be solid! silvestre aint much going forward but he is a pretty clever defender its just the legs hes lost a bit! i know we al love to hate him but he could add some stability at the back!
Im sure wenegr will make the rite call on the day anyway ! Vela was making loads of goood runs on tuesday night and he got in on goal a couple of time he just lost it a little bit ! he looked a lot more threatening than equardo has but eduardo gives us experience.

i just read a quality peice on the daily mail website about cesc and him just talking about his life! i think he actually LOVES the gooners and to be honest i would love to have a game of fifa with him haha!! im just hoping that before the kick off cesc reminds his team mates of all them kids in great ormond street fighting all their illnesses and they give a performance for them!! you cant neeed much more inspiration than that ay !!

what the pundits on skysports said is really true! walcott going through the middle could tear centrebacks apart just for the fact of his pace! and also if wenegr did want to play him from the start on the right hand side ashley cole could very easily keep him in his pocket so walcott going through the middle could definatley work! i know we have eddy,vela and bendtner but surely even wenger knows deep down that them 3 cant cover the class of van persie but like you say iamgooner he is very unlikey to splash the cash in january!
