Galindo trains with first team squad pre-Barca

This kid is being talked up as the next vieira, tall, strong, quick, attack minded but strong in the tackle, sounds more like a replacement for diaby or dare I say it cesc? Looking ahead in 3yrs cesc will have 1yr left on contract and gilando needs to play abroard and get a European work permit! He’ll be back in 3yrs ready to play! Just hope it’s along side cesc!

He’s not the natural successor to Cesc by any means.

I worry that he is too slow. He reminds me a lot of JET: strong, decent skills, but slow playing speed. We have better prospects than Galindo, but then again I’m no one compared to Arsene Wenger when it comes to talent spotting.

Rooney injured!!!! He limped off the pitch after Uniteds loss!! Now we will see how they can cope without him!! Sunday a draw against Chelski. We can do it!!!

what I have seen of him tells me that he is a winger or left mid at the moment…Looks like a little slower version of young Henry who used to play on Right wing..does Arsene has something like that in mind?

Way too slow for a winger. Come on he’s 6’3″ dont be unrealistic. He didn’t show much speed or dribbling ability to suggest he’s a winger. He’s a passer. Right mid maybe but never a winger.

Brilliant!!! Real junior league football by Evra at the end, men against children in the second half. Hope Rooney is out for a long time, should have been sent off anyway. Cheers

Surely we can get an exceptional talent visa for him or else we are all going to go geriatric.

he looked like a bit of a carrick type in the highlights i saw. a slow mover, but central to the team’s passing, knocking it about from the middle of the park, trying various kinds of passes, good vision.

So what’s the fuss about Samuel Galindo? The young prodigy possesses excellent passing skills, composure in front of goal and the ability to get from box to box. At 6 foot 2, Galindo is great in the air and a real handful in the opposition’s area. His height has led to comparisons with former Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira, because of his height and commanding presence on the ball.
    Wenger said of Galindo:

“He is a player who has good technique, he’s intelligent, 6ft 2in, left-footed and that’s plenty of qualities. He also has good stamina and can give good balls, he has good vision and we like that here.

It’s true that he was at Everton but he was offered to come to me on trial. I said yes, I liked what I saw and I signed him.”

BTW i think Bayern Munich have solved how to break through united.

Ie one of the centre halves bringing the ball into midfield.

The risk is the counter attack but if you can keep the ball make an extra midfielder without bombing full backs teams can break down united.

GOONERS ARSHAVIN TOOK THE PISS OUT OF FABIANSKI IN THE Q AND A AT ARSENAL. ARSHAVIN IS SO JOKES.

A GUY ASKED THE QUESTION WHOS THE HARDEST WORKING PLAYER AT ARSENAL. FABIANSKI REPLIED WITH CLICHY, ARSHAVIN REPLIES WITH GOALKEEPING COACH.

hes one of the best young players to come outve bolivia in long time. Reminds me of a Marco Etcheverry. He should be pretty good if hes about to play for arsenal at the age of 17. We have another young guy by the name of Marcelo Martin Moreno playing for Wigan Athletic on loan. Me as a bolivian, have high hopes for both. :)
