Galatasaray yet to agree personal terms with Eboue

Emmanuel Eboue’s ongoing move to Turkish giants Galatasaray has hit a stumbling block after the Ivorian rejected the contract terms offered to him.

The 28-year-old right-back, who was left out of the club’s pre-season tour of Asia, is one of several players who has had offers welcomed for them due to average performances last season.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had also admitted this week that Eboue and Nicklas Bendtner are likely to leave this summer.

“How many will leave the club? I said from the start I will fight to keep everybody. Nicklas Bendtner might go and Emmanuel Eboue might go. They can talk to clubs, but the rest I will fight.”

Earlier this week, Galatasaray officials met with Eboue’s representatives after a fee in the region of £4million was reportedly agreed between the two clubs.

However, the versatile defender’s wages have managed to prove a sticking point for Fatih Terim’s side, who are expected to come back with an improved contract offer for the former Beveren player in the coming days.

Ivory Coast international Eboue has been at Arsenal since the summer of 2006, making a total of 214 appearances during his five-year stay in north London.

Eboue and Squillaci out, Samba and Mertesacker in. That would leave us with 2 players for every position plus Koscielny who could be our Mr versatile instead of Eboue. He can play CB either FB and DM.

    RB – Sagna, Jenkinson, Koscielny
    CH – Samba, Mertesacker, Koscielny
    CH – Vermaelen, Djourou, Koscielny
    LB – Gibbs, Traore, Koscielny

    DM – Song, Frimpong, Koscielny

Bartley, Coquelin, Botelho, Miquel another season long loan before coming in permanently.

As it seems, Bendtner and Eboue are not ‘everybody’

No wonder they wont pay 70 grand a week for Eboue and Sporting have just rejected signing Bendy because of his extortion like Wages of 80 grand a week, jesus Wenger created little monsters of these over pampered losers.

I believe Squillaci is not a bad option as a 5th choice defender. A French international who has had one bad season. Clearly Wenger is going for another defender, and I see no harm in keeping Squid as an additional option if things get messy in the injury dept.

There are more people signed up to carry Eboue’s bags to the airport than carry the Olympic flag.Kick the deadwood out

Eboue is better stay in Arsenal he is a good player, one mistake cannot deny his stay in Arsenal, you want Cese to stay while he sell us out to Barca last season, his mistake is worst than Eboue mistake. Let Cese go and Eboue stay

i was actually just thinking bou the Fabregas issue i doubt he will be leaving if anyone has been following Barcelona’s pre-season you will know that Thiago has been incredible for Barca and im sure Gaurdiola is thinking maybe i don’t need fabregas as bad i thot considering thiago is younger and he has proven experience in la liga.the sad thing is Barca were adamant they will move for fab after sanchez now they are just quiet they are messing with fabregas’ mind and he is too slow he can’t see it at the end of the day we will be stuck with a sulking playa so viva La Juan Mata.plus they said they were keeping fab’s num 4 jersey and guess who came out wearing it against bayern munich thiago….if that wasn’t a message then i dnt knw what is

get rid of all the shite thats been messing our seasons up. start at the back, we just need arshavin to have a good year and up front were ok with walcott, nasri, wiltshere, and if we sell fab for the asking 40m then wenger could buy alot more to boost this squad come on van the man and gervinho hopefully they will play together.
