Arsenal locked in Premier League frenzy for FC Barcelona midfielder’s signature

Arsenal are supposedly locked in a Premier League frenzy for the discarded signature of FC Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez.

Domestic adversaries West Ham United, Everton and Watford will allegedly contest the Gunners in the January transfer window for Suarez, 24, who’s a surplus component of Ernesto Valverde’s Blaugrana set-up.

Amid notable interest for his services from the English top-flight, Spanish publication Sport understands that Suarez is seriously considering his future having failed to make an impact at the Camp Nou.

In order to gauge the Spaniard’s availability, it’s thought that all relevant parties involved have enquired about the adaptable midfielder’s standing at the Catalan giants.

A former prospect of Manchester City’s youth ranks, Suarez would presumably be accustom to life in England, but as a collection of worthy suitors are tailing Barca’s neglected regista, the north-Londoners will have to table a very tantalising proposal indeed.

Serie A outfit AC Milan are also said to be in the hunt, but are only willing to table a loan offer to prise Suarez away from his current employers.

It’s believed that Barcelona will allow Suarez to make the defining decision if he’s to depart, however La Liga superpower would ultimately prefer a permanent deal worth at least €10m be struck, rather than a temporary exit.
