Theo Recalled To England U21's
Arsenal’s no 14. Theo Walcott has been selected in a England Under 21 squad set to take on Slovenia Under 21’s next Tuesday.
Stuart Pearce has selected a side full of England first teamers with the likes of Micah Richards, Tom Huddlestone and Gabriel Agbonlahor looking to get a run-out.
Pearce said: “It is a very strong squad and it’s a sign of our intent for the season coming up not just for the Under-21s but the seniors as well.”
Spurs miniscule Aaron Lennon is in Stuart Pearce’s 24, as are Manchester City’s Nedum Onuoha, Michael Johnson and Micah Richards.

Him and Richards are the best players in there IMO.
We could do without these pointless friendlies.
It's a very strong team, hopefully he stays away from the injury bed, we've got enough of them as it is!
Every time I hear about these upcoming friendly games, and one of our own is involved, I always worry about potential injuries. We are down to the 'bare bones' and the season hasn't kicked off yet, so cannot afford any more injuries.

Lookin forward to the game just now, think it will be a good match and provide us with a bit of a test, even though we are far from full strength I still feel we have the right mixture of raw talent and expierence in there to succeed
