Arsenal, and especially Arsene Wenger, continue with their quest to win the UEFA Champions League and prove themselves as being one of the best teams in Europe. They qualified with ease against Twente, winning 6-0 on aggregate, and they will feel confident they can come out of this group and earn a place in the last 16.
Arsenal lost 1-0 at Fulham in only their 2nd game of the season, but have bounced back with 3 consecutive wins in a row. They have managed to keep clean sheets in all of their games this season except the one against Fulham and will be extra buoyed by their impressive 0-4 win at Blackburn on Saturday in a game they dominated and deserved to win by the scoreline it ended.
Samir Nasri and Mikael Silvestre will both miss this game through injury. Other than those 2 players, Arsenal have a full squad travelling to the Ukraine.

I think we need to rest a few players… van Persie and Denilson should be given sme rest! I know Bendtner will be first in line but I would prefer to see Vela play alongside Ade. Song should replace Denilson… We have a tough game on saturday!

Wouldn't surprise me to see Bendtner handed a start here, considering RvP's recently tough schedule. Perhaps Walcott could do with a rest too, but there's no real cover for the wings now that Rosicky and Nasri is out, Wenger might even let him continue his ride on the wave that is his current confidence. How far away from a place in the starting eleven – for this game, I mean – are Song and Vela? Predicting the lineup is very tricky for this game, but I'm confident we'll pass with relative ease. Kyiv is not what they once were.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Carlos vela that's if he gets his chance i just want to see a different strike paring for tonight's game.I think Wallcot deserves his chance up top i no walcot has been playing very well out wide in recent games including the England performance where he riped Croatia apart but i always seen him as a striker and over the weekend wenger has confirmed he See's Walcot's permanent position as a striker i just think this would be Walcot's best chance where he has been on fire in recent games

Very likely that he will be fit for Bolton. I don't think Wenger wants to risk him in Ukraine which is a smart idea as well.

When you have injury prone players like van Persie you need to be carefull not to overload them… Like last year we have seen van Persie play a lot of games and in the end he got injured. Same with Fabregas over the holidays. And with the quality players we have on the bench we can afford to rest a few players… think about it!
Mouhsin u talk like we have a big squad like Chelsea i would love it if we could rest players when we want to but Mouhsin i really don't think we can the only position we are more than comfortable in that is up front,so if Frabagas needs a rest who would you play in place of him please dont say Ramsey as he is not ready yet

Arsenal surely won't play the same team as against Blackburn? I think Song may play shifting Fabregas to the right and Bendtner may come in. The french men of the back four played at most two matches for France so they need a rest sometime.
