Fabregas to prove fitness in training tomorrow
|Arsenal will have their final training session tomorrow with Cesc Fabregas facing one last chance to prove his fitness for the Champions League clash against Barcelona.
The 22-year-old is still recovering from severe bruising to his knee and leg that he sustained during Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Birmingham. However, the Spaniard continues to receive treatment on the bruising and there is a good chance that he will be fit enough to start in Wednesday’s vital tie.
Meanwhile, Andrey Arshavin, Samir Nasri & Abou Diaby are expected to take some part in the game, despite The Telegraph suggesting otherwise.
Gooner Talk will continue our build-up to Wednesday’s game tomorrow afternoon, so stay tuned!

its soooo frustrating to always worry about whether our players are fit/injured or not!!!!something is wrong we never have all our players fit.is it the medical staff, the training methods maybe?,every year we have injuries in every department!!! looking forward to the match though and if the right arsenal turns up(like against porto)then we stand a chance to win.we need our players to concentrate for the whole match… to the final whistle!! and avoid conceeding any goals.
It might have more to do with our players being targetted for a kicking by opposition thugs whilst the bent referee looks on and does nothing
Any news on diaby, I dont think you guys realise how importnat this bloke is to our team. You will notice he did not play against chelsea or utd when we got hammered, but played at old trafford and we should of won the game. WE NEED THIS GUY BIG TIME!!
