Arsenal outcast Andrey Arshavin has been mocked in a promotional billboard advert for bookmaker Paddy Power at Emirates Stadium.

The ad campaign, which features outside club shop the Armoury, satirised the Russian’s lack of game time at Arsenal – suggesting that he could get a ‘second job’ working in the stadium toilets instead.

‘Andrey, we’ve got somewhere you can really put a shift in… Block D toilets. What’s Russian for plunger?’, states the billboard.

Other players targeted by the ad campaign include Peter Odemwingie of West Brom, Aston Villa’s Darren Bent and want-away QPR defender Jose Boswinga.

Super agent Dimitri Seluk told the Russian media earlier in the week that Arshavin isn’t keen on leaving London and could be set for a summer move to Fulham.

“Top English clubs won’t take him, and considering the fact that he doesn’t want to leave London, the next club for Arshavin will be Fulham or something like that”, revealed Seluk.

Arshavin hasn’t started a single Premier League game so far this season and rejected a move to Reading in January.
