Rosicky wants to end his career at Arsenal
|

Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has reiterated his commitment to the club and admits he is keen on ending his career at Emirates Stadium.
The 32-year-old is one of the club’s current longest serving players but has endured several injury ravaged seasons since arriving from Borussia Dortmund in 2006.
Rosicky made just sixteen Premier League appearances last season; but was integral in the north London giant’s successful pursuit for a top four finish.
“Prague will always be my home, so when the end here comes we will move back to Prague”, Rosicky told Arsenal Sweden.
“I live where the football takes me.
“But everything’s good here [in London]. I don’t care so much about the city I live in, because it’s all about football for me. But of course London is a big and beautiful city.
“In a perfect world I will end my career here [at Arsenal]”.
Sparta Prague, where Rosicky started his career, have shown interest in Rosicky but the Czech has previously said Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told him he remains in his plans for the new campaign and will not be sold.
Rosicky’s experience will be vital for Arsenal in both European and domestic matches next season where a bet on football at William Hill could see Gooners winning large amounts.
The attacking midfielder has made over 125 appearances, scoring 15 goals in just over seven years. His contract expires next summer.

Slightly off topic, but why do Arsenal come out and say they have tons of money and then end up buying mediocre players every season? Why can’t they just say they do not have money if they don’t. In that case, fans won’t be frustrated at lack of spending, and if they do end up buying someone eventually, us fans will welcome it as a pleasant surprise.
The transfer window doesn’t close for another month and a half. Save your bitching til then if you still feel the need.
As for Rosicky, he has always been one of my favorite players and it is such a shame he is so unlucky with injuries. However, I believe that he may be sold next summer, as he will be 33 and I have a feeling Wenger and Cesc have made a verbal handshake so Rosicky is still needed until he returns.
Cesc looks at Wenger as a mentor, and Wenger has made such a bold statement that Cesc has told him that he will stay another year. There is definitely something going on…
I agree, just wait until the start of the season before whinging about a lack of signings. I think its quite obvious that Arsenal now have money to spend yet its not unlimited so they still have to be a bit savvy in how they spend. Thing is if you go after a player and then the price gets hiked (Higuain) to almost double what was originally understood then why should Arsenal tow such a bulls**t line? Why play into the hands of your competitors, just switch target.
As for Rosicky I would love to see him retire with us, but I am not convinced his contract will be extended past next summer. Guess we have to see how this season goes for him. He would be welcome to stay though.
As for Cesc. Wenger says he will stay one more season…this does not mean he will be looking for a move again next season just that he is staying put (hopefully) for one more season to see how much responsibility he is given at Barca. He played alot of games last season and made a big impact for the club but he was left out of a few big games which must have been frustrating for him so this season will either make or break his return to Barca.
