Arsenal youngster Kristoffer Olsson has joined Danish side FC Midtjylland for a fee in the region of 300,000 euros.
The Swedish midfielder, who joined the Gunners in 2011, made just one senior appearance for the club last season – a substitute appearance in the Capital One Cup tie against West Brom.

Olsson was also involved in the club’s senior setup this pre-season, scoring in a first team friendly against Boreham Wood FC.
He captained Arsenal’s under-19s to the UEFA Youth League quarter-finals last season, and played an integral part in the under-21 set-up for both club and country.
Midtjylland contacted Arsenal officials over a fortnight ago where they announced their intentions to activate the 300,000 euro buy-out clause in Olsson’s loan deal.
19-year-old Olsson will become the highest-paid teenager in Danish football, according to news outlet Ekstra Bladet.
