Alexis Sanchez: 'I love the Premier League and Arsenal is fantastic'
Arsenal talisman Alexis Sanchez insists that he is “happy” at the club after joining from Barcelona in the summer.
The Chile international has scored 10 goals and made six assists in the Premier League this season following a £35m move to Emirates Stadium in July.
26-year-old Sanchez admitted in an interview with a Chilean newspaper that he is delighted with the way things are going at Arsenal and is enjoying life in London.
“When you make a decision you have to be convinced that is the best one” Sanchez told La Tercera.
“It is impossible to know what would have happened if I decided otherwise [not to join Arsenal].
“So far at Arsenal, I’m happy. I came to a league that I love. My club is fantastic, with very good team-mates and an experienced, world-renowned manager who really cares about his players.
“I’m discovering the new city [London] and I’m having a truly a great time.”
I just can`t help it but I love Alexis Sanchez.
Alexis now you get commited to arsenal and be a legend in arsenal…u can do it …have lots of expectations from U (Sanchez). I again want to see invincible arsenal in 2015.
He’s the type of player that we have been missing for all of these years. Powerful, explosive, combative and high spirited.
