The Arsenal manager has overseen some of the most talented players in his tenure at the club, but many have been unable to fulfil expectations due to injury problems and setbacks.
Sky Sports have released this astonishing graphic which shows the Gunners’ most injured XI of the 21st century.
It features the likes of Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky, who have amassed an eye-watering 2173 days out combined, while former club captain Robin van Persie also takes his place upfront.
Wenger has attempted to combat Arsenal’s endemic injury problems in recent seasons by hiring several new fitness coaches and implementing a new state-of-the-art physiotherapy centre.
