Arsenal face difficult battle to hold onto star man as agent confirms ‘constant contact’ with Juventus
|Arsenal are to face a difficult summer battle of holding onto one of their key men, with Alexis Sanchez being heavily pursued by Italian giants Juventus.
The Chilean international has been in fine recent form and was awarded the Player of the Tournament as he helped his country to win the Copa America for the second season in a row – with the 27-year-old later claiming the triumph to be his greatest.
With Alvaro Morata recently leaving Juventus for Real Madrid after Zinedine Zidane and co. triggered his buy-back clause, the Serie A champions will be forced into finding a replacement and have identified Alexis as one of their key targets to bring in.

According to Tuttosport, the Arsenal star’s winger has been in contact with Juventus regularly and while Alexis is believed to be happy in north London, could be persuaded into a move to Italy.
However, the ex-Barcelona and Udinese star will cost upwards of £37m if any deal is to be confirmed, although Arsenal are in no real position to need to sell.
