The likes of Mesut Ozil, Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny and Aaron Ramsey remain at the European Championships – with their respective countries all still taking place, while a number of other players including Alexis Sanchez, Jack Wilshere and Granit Xhaka being allowed extended holidays after taking part in national competitions.
Meanwhile, Arsenal’s returning loanees in the ilk of Gedion Zelalem, Mathieu Debuchy, Chuba Akpom and Yaya Sanogo were also involved at London Colney, although it’s expected that some of those names are expected to either leave the club on a permanent basis or on loan once again.
