Arsenal have confirmed that three of their Premier League fixtures have been subject to reschedule for TV purposes.

The Premier League fixtures were released last month but as they usually are, were set to change due to TV broadcasters scrapping to show games live on their respective channels.

The north London side’s first game of the season will take place against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium and is now set for a Sunday, 14th August kick-off and will be shown live on Sky Sports, with kick-off at 4pm. With Arsenal tending to become slow starters in recent seasons, neither side are currently clear favourites. You can bet on this match here if you’re thinking about your pre-season accumulators.

The second fixture subject to change was against Premier League champions Leicester City – who will likely have previous Gunners target Jamie Vardy in their ranks, and the two side’s will now meet on Saturday 20th August, with a 5:30pm being shown live on Sky Sports.

Arsenal’s final fixture subject to change comes a little later against Antonio Conte’s Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium, which will now take place on Saturday September 24th at 5.30pm, live on BT Sports.
