Arsene Wenger tells Arsenal forward to find a new club, Valencia & AC Milan interested

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has advised winger Joel Campbell to find a new club ahead of the new season, as per Estadio Deportivo.
The Costa Rican had an impressive campaign with the north London side last season but only managed to feature sporadically.
His work rate and willingness to take opponents on with the ball at his feet made him a fan favourite but with competition in the ilk of Alex Iwobi, Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott, as well as youngsters Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Chris Willock pushing for a place in the first-team, it’s unlikely that Campbell will be favoured next season.

According to the reports from Spain, both Valencia and AC Milan are interested, with the latter making a move for his services in January.
The 24-year-old has two years left on his contract and it’s expected that Arsenal would not command a large fee to sell him.
Shot Walcott & Chamberlain and bring in Silva from Bolton keep Campbell
totally agreed. J Campbell is a very good player who can strike, dribble very well with speed, make good passes with great visions. Walcott n Ox are just poor. Walcott should go immediately.
Will only believe when I read an official position.
Campbell is much more useful and superior quality than Theo Walcott and the Ox. 10 times out of 10. Campbell is quite dynamic, technically superior than any of our British players including Ramsey. He is full of stamina with never-say-die attitude, relentless, hungry, young and versatile. It’s a shame AW make space for Walcott for a decade and more, yet do this to Campbell. People say Wenger is too loyal to his players at the expense of titles and success for the team. I think when it comes to Campbell, Wenger never gave him a chance and respect the kid deserved. If AW is loyal as they say, very selectively.
Till this day the fact that Walcott still remains at the club and gets 140k a week baffles me
so true, jst can’t understand why he is still on arsenal
am not happy with AW’s decision to let go that costa rican, if i were him[AW], i would part ways with the likes of theo and olivier who have not only been fodged forwards but rather mechanical finishers with lack of pace and confidence, infact, i hate the duo but cambo should stay and even have equalled game time at the club
This would be really disappointing if it’s true. Campbell is our one and only left footed winger in the squad. On top of that Campbell demonstrated last season:
– a willingness to remain wide when necessary to contribute to Arsenal’s build up play
– the skills to meaningfully contribute to Arsenal’s efforts outside the box to create passing or crossing opportunities aimed at Giroud, and
– controlled finishing skills.
The same can’t be said of Walcott or the Ox.
From what I’ve seen Campbell’s key weakness is that he fails to demonstrate a willingness take up positions within the opposition’s penalty box to feed off Giroud’s creativity, which is something Walcott is good at. But I think that positional sense can be improved with an extended run of games.
I agree: With Campell’s enthusiasm, work rate and slick passing of the ball would be a mistake to loan/sell. Gimme Campbell over Theo anyday. Theo should’ve gone a long time ago
This man played well and deserved more time. Wenger as usual does not cope well with young players from Central America, did not do well with our Mcxano, and keeps pushing these average Frenchmen on us
We as ac Milan must go hard after Ajax”s attacker Arcadius Milik, because wen we sell Bacca, then we need to upgrade our attack and Arsenal”s attacker Joel Cambell could be a good player in our attack as long his price is not too costly!
