Manchester City and Arsenal are both tracking, Juventus youth striker, Moise Kean, according to Goal.com. The 16-year-old striker has become a prolific at youth level – scoring 24 goals in 25 games last season – and has rightly attracted the top clubs in Europe, although Juventus are desperate to sign him to a new deal. There is one problem, however, Kean’s represented by super agent, Mino Raiola.

Compared to Mario Balotelli – it remains to be seen if that’s a fair comparison – Kean’s prolific goalscoring has seen him promoted to Allegri’s first-team squad for their match against Udinese on Saturday.

Juventus have offered Kean a three-year deal, which Raiola is apparently keen for him to sign if Kean is permitted a loan move to Holland or Belgium. At this point in time, it would seem ridiculous not to accept these conditions as Kean is the best talent to emerge from the academy since Claudio Marchisio. With clubs like Arsenal scouting the player, it would not be surprising if he were to move from Turin.
