According to the Mirror, Arsenal are one of the numerous clubs monitoring Marco Verratti’s situation at PSG. The Italian international keeps impressing in Ligue 1 and in the Champions League, and has proven to be a terrific bargain, having been brought by Leonardo in 2012 from Pescara for only €12 million.
Arsenal are said to be closely his situation, who recently was furious as he was taken off by Unai Emery after 59 minutes in Le Classique against Marseille. Marco Verratti would be an amazing addition should Arsenal allow Santi Cazorla (whose contract expires in june 2017).
At only 23-years-old Verratti would be a more than adequate addition to Arsenal’s squad. The Italian, however, did sign a new deal with the Parisien club in August and would surely attract interest from the every top European club if he were to leave.
