“Another one that got away from Arsenal” – Arsenal fans rue missing out on PSG star
PSG put in an unbelievable performance to beat La Liga giants, Barcelona on Tuesday night. Among the many star performers, was one-time Arsenal target, Julian Draxler.
The German international was at times unplayable on the wing for PSG. Popping up mostly on the left-wing, Draxler dominated Barcelona right-back, Sergi Roberto and was a constant threat for the Parisians.
To cap off his brilliant performance, the German scored to open his account for his new club.
After watching the performance, Arsenal fans were suitably disappointed that Wenger didn’t seal the transfer of the young German after being linked with him during his time at Schalke 04 and Wolfsburg.
