Max Allegri has reached a verbal agreement with Arsenal, an exclusive report by The Express has revealed.
The Italian has reportedly been in talks with the Gunners since the end of last year and it is now understood that he will be taking over from Arsene Wenger next season.
The board are now waiting to hear from Wenger, who is yet to make a decision over his future. It is also reported that a new two-year deal has been tabled for the Arsenal boss, however, the current state means he hasn’t really thought about it as of now.
Whether or not does Allegri join Arsenal now depends totally on Wenger’s final word, since the Juventus boss has made up his mind already.
