Arsenal plan £200m summer rebuild and Wenger will be the man to use it

According to John Cross of the Daily Mirror, Arsenal will hand Wenger £100m to spend this summer and may also offload Ozil, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Giroud.
Arsene Wenger still has the trust of the board and is expected to be the man in charge come the start of next season. The Arsenal hierarchy want the Frenchman to sign a new deal but will also institute a widespread scale of structural changes.
A 3-0 loss to Crystal has increased the pressure on the club as the push for top four looks increasingly more difficult, they have, however, started to draw up plans for a vast evaluation of the squad.
Mesut Ozil has stalled on a contract, Jack Wilshere is a target for West Ham, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a target for multiple clubs, while we all know the interest in Alexis Sanchez. Moreover, David Ospina, Lucas Perez and Olivier Giroud are squad players that could well leave.
In terms of incoming players, Alexandre Lacazette tops the list, while Jordan Pickford is also a target. Wenger also wants two new full-backs, a deep-lying midfielder and a winger. The Gunners have joined the list of clubs looking at Wilfred Zaha, while Celtic stars, Kieran Tierney and Moussa Dembele are also targets.
