Premier League club slaps £50m price tag on Arsenal target

Everton will demand £50 million for Ross Barkley as the midfielder is set to leave the club this summer.

Barkley is yet to sign a contract extension and has been told by Ronald Koeman, that he is must sign a new deal or leave the club and it looks increasingly likely that he will perform the latter.

Both Spurs and Arsenal have been linked with Barkley and it now seems that the Toffees are ready to cash in one of their star players. The youth academy product has had a poor relationship with Koeman who has already highlighted Manuel Lanzini, and Gylfi Sigurdsson as potential replacements for the England international.
