Former Invincible brands Arsenal as “too nice” while calling for Wenger to stay
|Martin Keown is the latest in the line of former Arsenal players who have questioned the toughness of Arsene Wenger’s squad.
Arsenal missed out on the UEFA Champions League for the first time under Arsene Wenger despite winning seven of their last eight games, and the former Invincible believes it’s the “niceties” that cost the Gunners so heavily, as he talked to BBC 5 Live.

He also believes that it’s not the right time to appoint a new manager, stating that the board has left it too late to make an appointment. The board is set to decide Arsene Wenger’s future following the FA Cup final.
