Arsenal have finally signed a star quality forward, finally leaving the whole left by Robin Van Persie.
The Gunners were heavily linked with Lacazette last season but eventually pulled out due to Lyon’s asking price. According to Ligue 1 expert, Julien Laurens, the Gunners have been tracking Lacazette for much longer than last summer.
Laurens revealed the Wenger has been tracking Lacazette for 10 years and has constantly flip-flopped between signing him and not.

This summer, however, Arsenal have finally bitten the bullet and signed Lacazette for a club record £45 million, potentially rising to £52 million. Let’s just pray that the Frenchman lives up to the price tag.
