Deal confirmed: Arsenal complete transfer of 19-year-old midfielder
Young midfielder, Daniel Crowley, has completed his move to Dutch side, Willem II.
One heralded as the “new Wilshere”, Crowley has found it hard to progress from the youth team to the first-team squad. The 19-year-old midfielder, spent loan spells with Barnsley, Oxford United and most recently with Dutch side, Go Ahead Eagles.

The youngster joined Arsenal from Aston Villa at the age of 16 and became a regular for both the under-18 and under-23 sides but found his path way to the first-team blocked. The England youth international will now join the likes of Kaylen Hinds and Chris Willock in making a move abroad, where he has a better chance of playing regular first-team football.
