AS Monaco have reportedly enquired as to the availability of Alexis Sanchez, according to RMC Sport.
The Ligue 1 champions are the latest club to register an interest in the Chilean forward, who only has a year left on his current contract, and at this point in time, seems unlikely to sign a new deal with Arsenal.
PSG, Juventus, and Bayern Munich had all been linked with a move for Sanchez over the last year. Manchester City most recently lodged a bid for the Arsenal star but it is thought that Arsene Wenger is willing to let Sanchez go on a free, rather than risk selling him to a rival.
If Monaco’s bid is suitable, however, Arsenal may well see sending the forward to France as the lesser of two evils.
