‘Fantastic news’, ‘welcome back’, some Arsenal fans are excited with 23-year-old’s injury return
|A selection of Arsenal supporters have expressed their excitement following the return of midfielder Daniel Ceballos to light training with the first-team squad.
The Spaniard sustained a hamstring problem during the backend of November and that has kept him out of action for the past nine games for the club in all competitions.
Earlier this month, Ceballos suggested that he could return in time for the Boxing Day clash against Bournemouth but that remains uncertain, particularly with him, having just returned to training.
Still, some of the fans are pleased with his comeback on the training pitch and a few of them have taken to Twitter to respond to the midfielder’s fitness update.
Here are some of the reactions:

Ceballos made an instant impression for the Gunners with a couple of assists against Burnley in his home league debut but he has since produced a mixed bag of performances.
Still, the Real Madrid loanee has shone with his strong distribution (88 percent passing success) and he could be integral to Mikel Arteta’s plans during the second half of the campaign.
The Gunners will be aiming to return to winning ways on Boxing Day where they are scheduled to face Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth on the road in the Premier League.
The match will witness the managerial debut for Arteta and it will be interesting to see the reaction of the players following a couple of full training sessions under the Spaniard’s observation.
