Predicted Lineup:
Bernd Leno has been ever-present in the Premier League this season and has been impressive with his displays, barring a couple of games. He is expected to start in goal against the Magpies.
In the defence, there could be a solitary change from the previous game with Sead Kolasinac, who has recovered from a thigh strain likely to replace Bukayo Saka at left-back.
Meanwhile, in the midfield, Lucas Torreira is likely to return to the starting mix and he should accompany Granit Xhaka. In this case, Matteo Guendouzi will definitely drop to the bench.
Further forward, Arteta may consider the solitary change with Alexandre Lacazette getting the axe. The Frenchman has not scored in eight successive starts for the club.
As such, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should lead the line with Nicolas Pepe slotting into the right wing. The Ivorian was an unused substitute during the 0-0 draw at Burnley.
