Coutinho focussed on Bayern’s Champions League campaign but move to Arsenal on the horizon

Philippe Coutinho is completely focussed on Bayern’s Champions League campaign and will only make a decision on his future after the German club’s involvement in the competition ends but a move to Arsenal is on the horizon, according to Spanish media outlet Sport.
The Brazilian is not part of the Blaugrana’s plans and the Spanish giants are desperate to move the player on. They would like to sell him but are open to a loan deal. The 28 year old has been offered to Arsenal and the Gunners have made an offer to secure his services on loan.

The player has asked Barcelona not to keep him informed of negotiations with other clubs until his loan at Bayern Munich comes to an end. Coutinho joined the German champions on loan for the 2019/20 season. The Bavarian club had the option to turn his loan into a permanent move but opted against it.
During his time at Bayern, he has scored nine goals and provided eight assists in 34 appearances. He is expected to play a part in the club’s Round of 16 second leg against Chelsea later today.
The 28 year old’s representatives are rumoured to have visited London Colney yesterday to meet with Arsenal officials as a move to take Coutinho to Arsenal draws closer to completion. It is rumoured that the North London club have agreed personal terms with the former Liverpool midfielder.
