Juventus are interested in signing Hector Bellerin this summer, according to Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport.
New head coach Andrea Pirlo wants the Italian club to sign a right back in the current transfer window and Bellerin is his preferred target. It is believed that the Spanish full back will cost at least £27 million. Juventus are on an extremely limited budget this summer due to the financial implications of the pandemic and so will need to offload a number of players to raise funds for new signings.
The Italian club are keen on selling Federico Bernardeschi and Douglas Costa this summer. They would like to find solutions for these players at the earliest so that they can focus on new signings.
Bellerin is open to considering Juventus’ proposal but is understood to be happy at Arsenal. The Old Lady have made contact and registered their interest in the player. Recent speculation has suggested that he has been offered to Paris Saint Germain, indicating that the Gunners might be open to offloading him this summer.
Sergino Dest is the Italian club’s alternative to Bellerin. The Ajax full back is believed to be available for between £18 and £22.4 million.
