Arsenal plan to have 2,000 fans at the Emirates for their Europa League game against Rapid Vienna next week, according to Football.london.
The British Government made an announcement regarding their new tier system on Thursday morning. As per this system, London will be in Tier 2 once the current lockdown comes to an end on December 2nd.
According to Government guidelines, 2,000 fans will be permitted to enter stadiums located in Tier 2 districts for matches starting from Thursday. This plan will be allowed to continue for two weeks before the tiers are reviewed.

The Gunners will take on fierce rivals Spurs in the North London derby at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on the weekend of December 5th. Their next home game in the Premier League will be against Burnley on the weekend of December 13th and this will be the first league game of the season when the North London side will be allowed to have fans in the stadium.
It is understood that Arsenal could have waited until the Burnley game to welcome fans back to the Emirates but they are keen to have spectators in the stadium earlier than that and so have pushed forward with plans to welcome 2,000 fans to their home ground for their Europa League tie next week.
