Arsenal trio match PSG’s scoring record after Fulham win
|Arsenal moved five points clear at the top of the Premier League on Sunday afternoon following a resounding 3-0 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The north London giants produced a dominant display away from home. Goals from Gabriel Magalhaes, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard sealed the derby victory.
With the 3-0 triumph, the Gunners became the first club in English league history to win five consecutive London derbies away from home without conceding a goal.
Leandro Trossard also entered the record books. The Belgian is now the only player to register three assists during the first half of an away Premier League match.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have now become the second side after Paris Saint-Germain this season to have 3 players with 10 or more goals in Europe’s top 5 leagues.
Odegaard (10), Martinelli (12) and Bukayo Saka (10) have now matched the feat held by Kylian Mbappe (19), Neymar (13) and Messi (13) for the Ligue 1 leaders.

Arsenal had a minor stutter at the beginning of the year, picking up just one point against Everton, Brentford and Manchester City.
They have since provided the perfect response with five straight league victories. The club remain five points clear of Pep Guardiola’s side after 27 games into the Premier League campaign.
The Gunners will have the chance to extend the gap to eight points before the international break. They host Crystal Palace this weekend while City won’t be in action due to their involvement in the FA Cup.
Following the interval, the club are scheduled to entertain Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium while City have a tricky game against Liverpool at home. Arsenal could be 11 points ahead if results go in their favour.
The club’s immediate focus should be on the second leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie against Sporting Lisbon.
Arsenal played out a 2-2 draw in Portugal but should be favourites to progress to the quarter-final with home advantage on Thursday.
