Confirmed Arsenal line-up vs Bournemouth

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has made seven changes to the starting line-up for today’s Premier League clash against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

The Gunners returned to winning ways with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Brentford in the Carabao Cup third round in midweek. Reiss Nelson was the goalscorer.

Ahead of today’s game, the manager has decided to ring in the changes. The club’s regular starters have returned to the XI including Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka.

Rice and Saka were ruled out of the London derby on Wednesday with a back and foot injury respectively, but the duo have returned in time to make the matchday squad.

Meanwhile, William Saliba has also recovered from a knock to make the starting line-up. David Raya, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus also return to the first XI.

Here is Arsenal’s confirmed line-up (4-3-3): David Raya, Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, Oleksandr Zinchenko; Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz; Bukayo Saka, Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Jesus.

Meanwhile, there is more good news on the bench with Fabio Vieira and Leandro Trossard present. Trossard has recovered from a minor injury which kept him out of the last two games.

Vieira was recently doubtful after being absent in the training pictures, but he is back in the mix. The Portuguese will be hoping to make another positive contribution off the bench.
