Bayern Munich quintet Manuel Neuer, Kingsley Coman, Leroy Sane, Aleksandar Pavlovic and Noussair Mazraoui could all miss Arsenal clash

Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Manuel Neuer, Kingsley Coman, Leroy Sane, Aleksandar Pavlovic and Noussair Mazraoui may not be in the matchday squad to face Arsenal on Tuesday.

The five players will not be in the squad to face FC Heidenheim tomorrow and are all doubts for the trip to London to play against the Gunners in the first-leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.

Harry Kane picked up a knock during the international break but will be fit to face Arsenal, but being without up to five players will be a major blow for Tuchel.

Thomas Muller has been in bullish mode ahead of the clash, insisting he is confident of their victory, but that is now unlikely to be the mood in the camp after Tuchel confirmed the injury news this morning.

Arsenal do not have injury concerns as Bukayo Saka is expected to be available for the game after missing the Luton Town victory due to a knock.

The England international forward could even feature against Brighton & Hove Albion tomorrow as the Gunners look to reclaim top spot in the Premier League table, with a late call set to be made on his fitness.

Bayern Munich have won seven of their 12 meetings with Arsenal, beating them 5-1 home and away the last time they faced in the Champions League round of 16 in 2016-17, but they will be facing a different team this time around.

The North Londoners will fancy their chances against a Bayern side that have lost eight games across all competitions this term, and getting a win on Tuesday will be a massive result ahead of the return leg at Allianz Arena on April 17.
